Ingredients (for 4 people)
300g of mozzarella balls (buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, or even light ones)
1 clove of garlic
A few leaves of fresh basil
Fresh parsley to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
a few dried tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Variations “by eye and taste”
Use sliced mozzarella or halved bocconcini
Add grated lemon zest for a fresh note🍋
Replace the cherry tomatoes with chili pepper or sweet or smoked paprika if you want more spiciness.
