How to use it on a daily basis?

Caution: Not all species are equal! Choose Kalanchoe pinnata , Kalanchoe daigremontiana and Kalanchoe gastonis-bonnieri . Our suggestions for use:

  • To eat: one well-washed leaf in the morning on an empty stomach, maximum 3 times a week.
  • As juice: mix 2 leaves with 10 cl of water , filter and consume immediately.
  • As an infusion: infuse 4 finely chopped leaves in a liter of boiling water . Sip throughout the day.

  • 2 fresh kalanchoe leaves
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 150 g fresh pineapple
  • 30 g of young spinach shoots
  • 25 cl of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
