Homemade mayonnaise without raw eggs
We need:
- 100 ml fresh milk
- 200 ml oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- half a teaspoon of salt
- half a tablespoon of mustard
Method of Preparation:
Pour the milk and oil into the blender bowl.
Blend with a blender for 1 minute.
