Making the Liver and Blood Cleanser Juice

Ingredients
- 1 medium beet (peeled and chopped)
- 2 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 1 apple (cored and chopped)
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
- 1 cup of water (optional, for adjusting consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash, peel, and chop all the ingredients as indicated above. This will make it easier to juice them and ensure a smooth texture.
- Juicing: If you have a juicer, feed the chopped ingredients through the machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender. Simply add the chopped ingredients along with a cup of water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain (if necessary): If you used a blender, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp, resulting in a smoother juice.
- Serve Immediately: Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately to get the maximum nutritional benefits. You can also refrigerate it for up to 24 hours, but fresh juice is always best.
